By accessing or using NoFakeMails ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoFakeMails provides email validation and verification services, including single email validation, bulk email validation, disposable email detection, and MX record lookup. The Service is available through our web application and API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Validate email addresses obtained without proper consent.
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in any form of email abuse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Credits and Billing

• Email validations are consumed using credits. Credits are available through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise specified.
• One-time credit purchases do not expire.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. API Usage

• API keys are provided for programmatic access and must be kept confidential.
• You must not share API keys or use them in client-side code where they could be exposed.
• We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if usage patterns suggest abuse.

7. Free Tools

Our free tools (Email Validator, Disposable Checker, MX Lookup, Bulk Preview) are provided as-is and are subject to rate limiting. Free tool usage does not require an account but is limited in volume compared to paid plans.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

9. Accuracy of Results

While we strive for the highest accuracy in email validation, results are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to the dynamic nature of email systems. You should not rely solely on our Service for critical business decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NoFakeMails and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoFakeMails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
